As a Recruiter, you are responsible for connecting talented candidates with the right job opportunities. You actively recruit new candidates via phone, job platforms, and your own network. In addition, you maintain and develop strong relationships with clients.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that vacancies are filled quickly and efficiently with suitable candidates. You monitor developments in the labor market and proactively respond to new opportunities.
You are the first point of contact for both candidates and clients. You also coordinate the onboarding process of new employees and support placed candidates during their first period with the client.
