You don't just become a satisfied employee! But a pleasant home situation is very important. At EU-People, we are fully committed to creating that pleasant living environment. We offer small-scale, comfortable housing for a fair price. Naturally, every home is SNF inspected and certified! Pleasant and comfortable living results in higher retention of our temporary workers. After all, why leave if you are happy?<\/p>\n

We are proud of our housing and are happy to show it to you, photographically during a personal meeting, or physically during a visit to the homes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n<\/section>\n\n

Small-scale housing<\/h3>\n

The EU-People accommodations provided by us consist of detached houses and the occasional terraced house. These are comfortable, brick homes in a suitable environment. They are shared by a maximum of 8 housemates, but usually fewer. Holiday parks and \u2018flex hotels\u2019 are avoided. We strive for long-term cohabitation and place colleagues together by client relationship as much as possible. This increases mutual acceptance, cleanliness, work discipline, and therefore the enjoyment of living.<\/p>\n

More than enough facilities<\/h3>\n

Every home has sufficient facilities for comfortable living. Enough bathrooms, spacious kitchens, all cooking and laundry amenities, everything is there. These amenities must be shared and maintained. Therefore, we enforce strict house rules. This prevents housemates from having to wait for each other for a long time and promotes the general atmosphere in the house. Furthermore, all our homes are equipped with fast internet, a shared living room with television, audio, and an outdoor area featuring, among other things, comfortable seating furniture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Our EU-People housing meets at least the standards of the Flexible Housing Standards Foundation (SNF). We even easily exceed those requirements! The result? Satisfied employees and high retention.
