At EU-People we attach great importance to the well-being of our clients and temporary workers, which we demonstrate through the quality marks we have earned and proudly display.<\/p>\n

SNA quality mark<\/h2>\n

SNA stands for Labour Standards Foundation (Stichting Normering Arbeid). The SNA quality mark was developed to limit the risks arising from the Chain Liability regulation (Ketenaansprakelijkheid). To prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes, the Chain Liability regulation holds every successive link in a chain of subcontractors liable for payment. For example, a hiring company could be held liable for payment if a temporary employment agency fails to remit payroll taxes.<\/p>\n

When you work with us, you are protected against such risks, as proven by our SNA certificate. To minimize your liability risk as much as possible, we work with a blocked account (G-account).<\/p>\n

Our SNA quality mark guarantees that we always follow the NEN 4400-1 standard, ensuring that our temporary employment activities are carried out strictly in accordance with Dutch legislation.<\/p>\n

Thus, we are thoroughly inspected annually by Normec for the correct execution of, among other things:<\/p>\n

Return and payment of payroll tax, value added tax, and social security contributions;<\/p>\n
