Nederland staat bekend om zijn sociale zekerheid (sociaal vangnet<\/em>), die financi\u00eble steun biedt aan mensen met een laag inkomen. We hebben ook geweldige wegen, een geweldige infrastructuur en vele andere voordelen.<\/p>\n

Maar… het geld daarvoor moet ergens vandaan komen. Je zou de Nederlandse belastingtarieven vrij hoog kunnen vinden.<\/p>\n

Het kan moeilijk zijn om de hoge inkomstenbelasting en BTW te accepteren, vooral als je er niet aan gewend bent. Er zijn echter enkele belastingvoordelen die op jou van toepassing kunnen zijn! Wat is een extraterritoriale belastingkorting?<\/h3>\n

De Extra-Territoriale Belastingkorting (ET-korting) helpt mensen met huizen in meerdere landen om hun maandelijkse kosten te verlagen. Je kunt deze korting aanvragen als je op dit moment in Nederland woont en ook een huis in een ander land hebt.\u00a0Dit kan je tot \u20ac150 NET per maand besparen!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Vereisten voor een extraterritoriale belastingkorting<\/h3>\n

  • Als je een huis huurt in Nederland en ook een huis huurt of bezit in het buitenland<\/li>\n
  • Als je geen huis in Nederland hebt<\/li>\n
  • Wanneer je naaste familie (echtgeno(o)t(e), kinderen) in het buitenland woont<\/li>\n
  • Je inkomen (uit NL en in het buitenland) wordt in het buitenland belast<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
