We call that Recruitment for Position.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1781\">No match = no lending.<br data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1719\" \/>That ensures satisfied employees and reliable performance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"editor primary margin-none\">\n        <div class=\"editor-wrap boxed\">\n            <div class=\"autop content\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"1852\">Dutch payroll instead of foreign structures<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"2083\">Not every temp agency uses a fair system.<br data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1909\" \/>At EU-People we always work with\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"1969\">Dutch payroll<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2019\" \/>This is how we prevent sham constructions, unfair competition, and problems for our client companies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"2083\"><strong data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2183\">At EU-People, everyone earns what they deserve to earn \u2014 fair, transparent, and legal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"editor white margin-none\">\n        <div class=\"editor-wrap boxed\">\n            <div class=\"autop content\"><h2 id=\"h-striktere-regels-voor-nederlandse-uitzendbureaus\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stricter Rules for Dutch Temporary Employment Agencies<\/h2>\n<p>Dutch temporary employment agencies cannot just foreign workers\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/eu-people.rockit.works\/voorbij-de-schijnconstructies-in-de-uitzendbranche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">payrolling via a foreign system<\/a>. This is only possible if there is a valid A1 agreement. An A1 form is a declaration that demonstrates that an employee is covered by the social security system of their home country. Without such an agreement, the employee must be paid in accordance with Dutch legislation, with all associated contributions and taxes. However, things like holiday allowance, value of vacation days, sickness benefits, etc., are not paid out. People cannot take out health insurance, and pensions are often not accrued.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"editor grey margin-none\">\n        <div class=\"editor-wrap boxed\">\n            <div class=\"autop content\"><h2 id=\"h-wetgeving-en-handhaving\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legislation and Enforcement<\/h2>\n<p>According to data from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Statistics Netherlands<\/a>\u00a0were there approximately 19,800 employment agencies and recruitment agencies active in the Netherlands in the second quarter of 2024. Of these employment agencies, more than 500 are affiliated with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.abu.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">General Association of Temporary Employment Agencies<\/a>, which serves approximately 65% of the market. In addition, the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/nbbu.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Dutch Association of Intermediary and Temporary Employment Agencies (NBBU)<\/a>\u00a0more than 1,400 members. These figures show that, although a significant number of temporary employment agencies are affiliated with industry associations such as the ABU and NBBU, a large number of agencies also operate without membership in these organizations. Membership in such trade associations can contribute to compliance with collective labor agreements, occupational health and safety, and other laws and regulations, which benefits the quality and reliability of the service provision.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-wet-gelijke-beloning-en-schijnconstructies\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Equal Pay and Bogus Construction Act<\/h2>\n<p>The Equal Pay Act is intended to ensure that foreign workers earn the same as Dutch workers in comparable positions. Yet it appears that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl\/stb-2015-233.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Appealing Bogus Arrangements Act<\/a>\u00a0not always effective in practice. This is because many structures are based on the gross salary, while large differences can still exist in net income due to deductions and expense allowances.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"editor primary margin-none\">\n        <div class=\"editor-wrap boxed\">\n            <div class=\"autop content\"><h2 id=\"h-conclusie\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Dutch remuneration regulations have become stricter, but challenges remain. Misunderstandings among European workers, bogus schemes, and differences in gross wages lead to discussions and legal complications. It remains important that employers are well-informed about the rules and that fair employment conditions are monitored, so that all workers are paid in a fair manner.
