Helaas is dat niet altijd het geval!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sommige uitzendbureaus contracteren mensen in een ander Europees land en sturen ze vervolgens naar Nederland om te werken onder een <strong>buitenlands arbeidscontract<\/strong>. Op die manier ontlopen ze Nederlandse regels over pensioen, vakantiegeld en andere sociale uitkeringen. Dit is gunstig voor het uitzendbureau, omdat het hun kosten verlaagt, maar een probleem voor de werknemer omdat hun <strong>NET betaling is veel lager<\/strong>. Een bedrijf kan een werknemer bijvoorbeeld een Litouws arbeidscontract aanbieden en hem vervolgens in Nederland laten werken voor een NET lager loon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij EU-People geloven we in gelijk loon voor gelijk werk. De beste salarissen in Europa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nederland behoort tot de bestbetaalde landen in heel Europa (2024). Wanneer we kijken naar <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_European_countries_by_minimum_wage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">NET salaris<\/a>alleen Luxemburg betaalt beter!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het minimumloon in 2024 in Nederland voor mensen van 21+ jaar is <strong>\u20ac2.150 NET per maand<\/strong>of \u20ac13,27 bruto per uur (bij 40 uur werken). Dat is 1,8x hoger dan Spanje, 2,9x hoger dan Polen en 3x hoger dan Litouwen - na belastingen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Met een Nederlandse arbeidsovereenkomst krijg je minstens het Nederlandse minimumloon betaald. Bij EU-People betalen veel van onze banen zelfs meer dan het Nederlandse minimumloon. Als je in Nederland werkt maar <strong>geen Nederlands arbeidscontract hebben<\/strong>Je NET-salaris is vaak minder dan het Nederlandse minimumloon - dus let op!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Vakantiedagen en vakantiegeld<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Er is een goede balans tussen werk en priv\u00e9 in Nederland. Als je fulltime werkt, krijg je ten minste<em> <\/em><strong>20 betaalde vakantiedagen<\/strong> per jaar. Die 20 dagen zijn een <a href=\"https:\/\/business.gov.nl\/regulation\/holiday-entitlement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\"wettelijke\" eis<\/a> en zijn exclusief feestdagen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20 vakantiedagen is het wettelijke minimum, maar veel bedrijven bieden ten minste 4-5 extra vakantiedagen per jaar. Dit worden \"bovenwettelijke\" vakantiedagen genoemd, die in plaats daarvan in je salaris kunnen worden uitbetaald. Je \"wettelijke\" vakantiedagen zijn verplicht, dus je moet die vakantiedagen opnemen in het jaar waarin je ze hebt gekregen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je krijgt ook <strong>vakantiegeld<\/strong>Dat is minstens 8% van het totale salaris dat je hebt verdiend. Dit vakantiegeld is <a href=\"https:\/\/business.gov.nl\/regulation\/holiday-allowance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">verplicht volgens de Nederlandse wet<\/a> en bestaat om je te helpen nog meer van je vakantie te genieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je kunt alleen van deze voordelen profiteren als je een Nederlandse arbeidsovereenkomst met Nederlandse arbeidsvoorwaarden hebt. Als je via ons bij EU-People werkt, is je vakantiegeld hoger dan het minimum: 8.33% in plaats van 8%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Verzekering en gezondheidszorg<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je in Nederland woont en werkt, ben je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.government.nl\/topics\/health-insurance\/question-and-answer\/when-do-i-need-to-take-out-health-insurance-if-i-come-to-live-in-the-netherlands\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">wettelijk verplicht<\/a> om <strong>ziektekostenverzekering<\/strong>. Als je minder dan \u20ac37.496 per jaar verdient (2024), kun je een zorgtoeslag aanvragen (<a href=\"https:\/\/eu-people.com\/nl\/all-you-need-to-know-about-zorgtoeslag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zorgtoeslag<\/a>). Je ontvangt dan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belastingdienst.nl\/wps\/wcm\/connect\/nl\/zorgtoeslag\/content\/hoeveel-zorgtoeslag\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">tot \u20ac 236 per maand<\/a> (2024) om je te helpen betalen voor je zorgverzekering. Je kunt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belastingdienst.nl\/wps\/wcm\/connect\/nl\/toeslagen\/content\/hulpmiddel-proefberekening-toeslagen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">online berekenen<\/a> hoeveel zorgtoeslag je kunt krijgen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je <strong>niet werken onder een Nederlandse arbeidsovereenkomst<\/strong>kun je waarschijnlijk geen <a href=\"https:\/\/eu-people.com\/nl\/bsn-heres-why-you-really-need-one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BSN<\/a> in Nederland, wat betekent dat je geen Nederlandse ziektekostenverzekering of zorgtoeslag kunt krijgen. Als gevolg daarvan ben je mogelijk alleen gedekt voor medische noodgevallen, ALS je een reisverzekering hebt die dat dekt. Als je andere soorten medische zorg nodig hebt, moet je stoppen met werken en teruggaan naar je eigen land. Als je onmiddellijke zorg nodig hebt in Nederland, zul je dat waarschijnlijk zelf moeten betalen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Sociale voordelen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je een Nederlands arbeidscontract hebt, heb je waarschijnlijk recht op veel sociale voorzieningen. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld een zorgtoeslag aanvragen (<a href=\"https:\/\/eu-people.com\/nl\/all-you-need-to-know-about-zorgtoeslag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zorgtoeslag<\/a>), <a href=\"https:\/\/eu-people.com\/nl\/tax-in-the-netherlands-its-not-all-bad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Extra-Territoriale belastingkorting<\/a>, huursubsidie (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.government.nl\/topics\/housing\/rented-housing\/applying-for-housing-benefit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Huurtoeslag<\/a>), kinderbijslag (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.government.nl\/topics\/child-benefit\/applying-for-child-benefit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Kinderbijslag<\/a>), en nog veel meer. Deze uitkeringen kunnen oplopen tot een behoorlijk extra inkomen per maand. Vooral als je een lager inkomen hebt, zijn er veel financi\u00eble voordelen te behalen met een Nederlandse arbeidsovereenkomst met Nederlandse arbeidsvoorwaarden.
