Als je via ons werkt, krijg je een flexibele arbeidsovereenkomst. Vaak is er na verloop van tijd een mogelijkheid om direct een contract bij een werkgever te krijgen. We krijgen vaak de vraag - hoe lang kan ik bij jullie blijven werken? In deze blog gaan we daar uitgebreid op in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recente wijzigingen in NBBU Fasensysteem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Regelgeving over uitzendwerk in Nederland wordt geregeld door de NBBU en ABU. In hun fasensysteem (<em>NBBU Fasensysteem<\/em>) beschrijft de NBBU 3 fasen (<em>fasen<\/em>), elk met hun eigen maximale contractduur. In deze blog vind je de actuele voorwaarden (2023). Wees je ervan bewust dat veel online bronnen nog steeds de oude (onjuiste) cijfers vermelden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 1-2: Flexibel arbeidscontract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je eerste contract bij een uitzendbureau in Nederland is een flexibel arbeidscontract. Zowel jij als het uitzendbureau zijn vrij om het contract op elk moment te be\u00ebindigen. Dit biedt veel flexibiliteit, maar is slechts toegestaan voor maximaal 52 weken. Tijdens deze eerste 52 weken doorloop je Fase 1 &amp; 2 van het NBBU Fasensysteem. Alle gewerkte weken en doorbetaalde vakantieweken worden meegeteld - zelfs als je van functie verandert, van werkplek verandert of minder uren werkt. Als je 26 weken of langer stopt met werken, wordt de weekteller 'gereset' en begin je weer bij week 1 met tellen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 3: Contract voor bepaalde tijd<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na 52 weken gewerkt te hebben met een flexibel arbeidscontract, krijg je vaak een contract voor bepaalde tijd aangeboden. In een contract voor bepaalde tijd staat voor hoeveel maanden of jaren je recht hebt op salaris. Zo'n contract mag maximaal 3 jaar duren of totdat je maximaal 6 contracten hebt getekend - wat het eerst gebeurt. Deze 3 jaar staan bekend als Fase 3 in het NBBU Fasensysteem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 4: Contract voor onbepaalde tijd<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na Fase 3 heb je een contract voor onbepaalde tijd nodig om te kunnen blijven werken. Zo'n contract heeft geen einddatum. Het bedrijf waar je werkt kan je op dat moment een direct contract aanbieden. Veel van onze klanten bieden directe contracten aan - vaak nog voordat je Fase 3 hebt afgerond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Samenvatting: Hoe lang kan ik met EU-People werken?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij EU-People kun je ten minste de volledige duur van Fase 1-2 en 3 van het NBBU Fasensysteem werken. Dat is 4 jaar of meer! Als je goed bij een van onze klanten past, kunnen ze je al veel eerder een direct contract aanbieden. Het staat je ook vrij om minder lang bij ons te werken - zelfs maar een paar maanden.
