Op de eerste donderdag van april viert Nederland Nationale Collegedag! Het is een kans om je waardering te tonen voor je favoriete collega('s) en zelf ook waardering te ontvangen. Om je creatief denken een beetje te helpen, hebben we een lijst opgesteld met 5 leuke idee\u00ebn om Collega Dag te vieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Behandel je collega's<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Of je nu zelf iets bakt of iets in de supermarkt koopt, iedereen houdt van een kleine traktatie tijdens de pauze! Deel je traktaties individueel uit of laat ze gewoon achter in de pauzeruimte. Een makkelijke manier om je collega's een extra speciale dag te bezorgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Organiseer een borrel na het werk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Leuke collega's hebben maakt je werkdagen een stuk beter. Waarom nodig je ze niet uit voor een drankje op Collega Dag? Afspreken buiten het werk is een geweldige manier om elkaar beter te leren kennen en over heel andere onderwerpen te praten dan je normaal doet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Schrijf het op<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Schrijf je waardering op een kaart of briefje en laat het ergens achter waar je collega('s) het kunnen vinden. Misschien moet je hier een beetje creatief zijn, vooral als je collega's geen eigen bureau hebben. Misschien kun je een post-it op hun lunch plakken, een briefje in hun kluisje schuiven of een kaartje onder de ruitenwisser van hun auto leggen. Het voelt goed om gewaardeerd te worden - kijk eens hoe een glimlach op iemands gezicht kan toveren!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Deel het in een verhaal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Als jij (en je collega's) vertrouwd zijn met sociale media, maak dan een Verhaal<\/a> of Status<\/a> om je waardering voor hen te tonen en tag je collega's erin! Je kunt samen je favoriete foto delen of er zelf een maken als je er nog geen hebt. Als je ook door je collega's wordt getagd, kan het leuk zijn om repost<\/a> ze in je eigen verhaal of status. Misschien verzamel je al snel een heleboel waarderingsberichten!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Een collega helpen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Heeft je collega een taak die moeilijk af te krijgen is? Kijk of je ze kunt helpen! Als je werk dat niet toelaat, kun je altijd een kop koffie voor hem halen of tijdens de pauze naar zijn probleem luisteren. Wie weet kun je wat advies delen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We hopen dat deze 5 idee\u00ebn je zullen helpen om dit jaar Dag van de Collega in Nederland te vieren. Elke werkplek is anders, dus wees niet bang om creatief te zijn met jouw situatie.
