Voor de meeste technische functies die wij invullen, is dat simpelweg niet waar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Het tekort aan arbeidskrachten speelt hier in jouw voordeel.<\/strong> Technische werkgevers in heel Nederland \u2013 en met name in een regio waar veel vraag is, zoals Eindhoven \u2013 hebben moeite om voldoende personeel te vinden. Dat betekent dat steeds meer bedrijven bereid zijn om gemotiveerde mensen in de praktijk op te leiden, in plaats van te wachten op iemand met een afgeronde opleiding. Je werkt, je krijgt betaald en je doet onderweg echte, praktische vaardigheden en certificaten op, in plaats van eerst in een klaslokaal te moeten zitten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wat voor de meeste werkgevers echt belangrijk is:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een oprechte bereidheid om te leren en betrouwbaar aanwezig te zijn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basis Engels (niveau B1 is meestal voldoende \u2013 een Nederlands diploma is niet vereist)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zich op zijn gemak voelen bij praktisch, fysiek werk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een technische opleiding op MBO- of VMBO-niveau is voor sommige functies nuttig, maar voor veel startersfuncties is dit helemaal niet vereist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Functies waarmee je zonder formele kwalificaties realistisch gezien aan de slag kunt gaan<\/strong> denk hierbij aan assemblagewerk, het bedienen van machines en productielijnen, en instapfuncties op het gebied van lassen of onderhoud, waarbij je de kneepjes van het vak ter plaatse leert. Naarmate je ervaring opdoet, gaan er deuren open naar beter betaalde en meer gespecialiseerde functies \u2013 waaronder een rechtstreeks contract met de werkgever zodra je jezelf hebt bewezen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Het typische traject ziet er als volgt uit:<\/strong> Je begint in een technische functie op instapniveau; je werkgever (en je EU-People-jobcoach) helpt je om tijdens het werk vaardigheden op te bouwen, en van daaruit kun je doorgroeien naar meer gespecialiseerd of beter betaald werk \u2013 soms met formele certificaten tussendoor, soms gewoon door ervaring op te doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij EU-People zijn we specifiek op zoek naar werkgevers die openstaan voor het opleiden van gemotiveerde nieuwkomers, en onze jobcoaches blijven betrokken nadat je bent begonnen \u2013 niet alleen tijdens het wervingsproces \u2013 dus als het op het werk even niet helemaal klikt, sta je er niet alleen voor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/eu-people.com\/nl\/technische-vacatures-in-eindhoven\/\">Bekijk onze huidige vacatures voor technische functies in Eindhoven<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lot of people rule themselves out of technical work before they even apply, because they assume you need a certificate, a Dutch diploma, or years of experience to get started.
