You will work in a typical production environment, where you'll responsible for a shift that produces sauces, soups and tapenades.
These famous are packed in jars or tubes. You'll lead a small team of ±12 people in accordance to HACCP hygiene regulations (no make-up, jewelry, etc). Working hours are divided into 2 shifts, where you'll earn a bonus of €30 for every worked day. This brings your salary to € 19,55 for every worked hour. For a Shift Leader with proven experience, it can grow up to € 23,86 all-in. Company housing and transport are available if you need it. Our recruiters can tell you all about it!
What You'll Do As a Shift Leader:
- Lead by example and supervise a team of production workers to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and operating procedures.
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the shift.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with Management to optimize production schedules and workflows.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels valued and respected.
- Generate reports on production metrics, including productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Working hours:
Shift 1 | 05:30 – 14:00
Shift 2 | 14:00 – 23:00
Monday to Friday
