As a fast-growing non-food discounter with Dutch roots, ACTION sells low-budget products and operates more than 1.500 stores spread over eight countries in Europe. As ACTION continues to grow, new employees are continuously needed and good employees are promoted to higher functions. ACTION started in 1993 as a small shop in Enkhuizen. In 1994, ACTION became a chain by opening an additional five stores, and by 2002 ACTION reached a total of 94 stores in the Netherlands. The first store abroad was opened in 2005 in Belgium (Rijkevorsel), followed in 2009 by the first store in Germany. ACTION opened its first store in Poland in 2017. Since 2020 Action operates around 1500 stores spread over 7 different countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
