objetivo desta pol\u00edtica \u00e9 ser clara e transparente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos empregados e a terceiros:<\/p><ol><li>O que os cidad\u00e3os da UE entendem por discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o \/ pedidos discriminat\u00f3rios;<\/li><li>Qual \u00e9 a posi\u00e7\u00e3o dos cidad\u00e3os da UE em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e aos pedidos discriminat\u00f3rios?<\/li><li>Atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores:<ul><li>O que se espera dos trabalhadores, como agem durante o seu trabalho, particularmente nas actividades (para apoiar as actividades empresariais) em torno do recrutamento e sele\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Onde o trabalhador se pode dirigir para obter uma consulta e\/ou um relat\u00f3rio;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Responsabilidades do empregador.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90a8e6b Defini\u00e7\u00e3o de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb0142b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cb0142b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o significa: fazer distin\u00e7\u00f5es diretas e indirectas entre pessoas com base na idade, sexo, estado civil, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, vida, convic\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas ou religiosas, ra\u00e7a, origem \u00e9tnica ou nacionalidade.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>A discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m expressamente entendida como incluindo os pedidos dos clientes para fazer uma distin\u00e7\u00e3o entre pessoas no recrutamento e sele\u00e7\u00e3o com base em crit\u00e9rios que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios ou relevantes para o bom desempenho do trabalho.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0631110 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"0631110\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd378b2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dd378b2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Posi\u00e7\u00e3o dos cidad\u00e3os da UE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-783fc7e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"783fc7e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>A EU-People rejeita qualquer forma de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Os pedidos dos clientes para ter em conta determinados crit\u00e9rios durante o recrutamento e a sele\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 ser\u00e3o satisfeitos se houver uma justifica\u00e7\u00e3o objetiva. Existe uma justifica\u00e7\u00e3o objetiva para a sele\u00e7\u00e3o de acordo com os crit\u00e9rios solicitados:<ul><li>Serve um objetivo leg\u00edtimo. Isto significa que existe uma boa fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>motivo relacionado com a sele\u00e7\u00e3o de crit\u00e9rios de recrutamento no processo de recrutamento e sele\u00e7\u00e3o (um exemplo de um objetivo leg\u00edtimo \u00e9 a seguran\u00e7a);<\/li><li>Resultar na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do objetivo leg\u00edtimo, o meio \u00e9 adequado para atingir o objetivo;<\/li><li>Numa rela\u00e7\u00e3o razo\u00e1vel com o objetivo, existe proporcionalidade em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao objetivo;<\/li><li>\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio porque n\u00e3o existe outra forma menos distintiva de atingir o objetivo, o crit\u00e9rio da necessidade est\u00e1 preenchido.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>A EU-People n\u00e3o tolera que os trabalhadores sejam discriminados por terceiros. Por trabalhadores por conta de outrem entende-se tamb\u00e9m aqui os trabalhadores que executam trabalho sob a dire\u00e7\u00e3o e supervis\u00e3o de um contratante.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9cf529b elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"9cf529b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d13b21 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4d13b21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-802fc12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"802fc12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>Os trabalhadores t\u00eam a responsabilidade de estar atentos a pedidos de clientes de natureza discriminat\u00f3ria, de reconhecer esses pedidos e de garantir que n\u00e3o colaboram com eles.<\/li><li>Se o trabalhador tiver d\u00favidas sobre a presen\u00e7a ou aus\u00eancia de uma justifica\u00e7\u00e3o objetiva para um pedido de um cliente para ter em conta determinados crit\u00e9rios durante o recrutamento e sele\u00e7\u00e3o, ou se tiver d\u00favidas sobre como tratar um pedido, pode consultar o seu supervisor direto.<\/li><li>Se o funcion\u00e1rio identificar uma discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e quiser levant\u00e1-la, quiser denunciar uma m\u00e1 conduta e\/ou tiver um problema de confidencialidade, pode dirigir-se ao seu supervisor direto. Responsabilidades do empregador<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5d12c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f5d12c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A EU-People \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por:<\/p><ol><li>Criar um ambiente de trabalho seguro, onde todos se tratem com respeito, onde haja espa\u00e7o para consultas construtivas e onde se previna e combata qualquer tipo de comportamento indesej\u00e1vel;<\/li><li>O conhecimento e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da presente pol\u00edtica anti-discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso inclui, entre outras coisas, garantir que os funcion\u00e1rios:<ol><li>ser informados e familiarizados com esta pol\u00edtica. Todos os funcion\u00e1rios foram informados sobre esta pol\u00edtica durante uma reuni\u00e3o semanal e tamb\u00e9m receberam esta pol\u00edtica de apoio por correio eletr\u00f3nico.<\/li><li>receberam boas instru\u00e7\u00f5es sobre como reconhecer a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e um pedido discriminat\u00f3rio. Esta quest\u00e3o foi discutida no seio da equipa atrav\u00e9s de exemplos. Ap\u00f3s a rece\u00e7\u00e3o de um pedido deste tipo, este \u00e9 imediatamente partilhado com a equipa e \u00e9 discutido o modo de agir em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a este pedido espec\u00edfico.<\/li><li>estar preparados para a situa\u00e7\u00e3o em que s\u00e3o confrontados com um pedido discriminat\u00f3rio e saber como podem conduzir e transformar a reuni\u00e3o com os clientes.
