Este contrato oferece uma grande flexibilidade, mas s\u00f3 \u00e9 permitido durante 52 semanas. Durante as primeiras 52 semanas, o trabalhador passa as fases 1 e 2 do NBBU Fasensysteem. Todas as semanas trabalhadas e as semanas de f\u00e9rias pagas s\u00e3o contabilizadas - mesmo que mude de posi\u00e7\u00e3o, de local de trabalho ou trabalhe menos horas. Se deixar de trabalhar durante 26 semanas ou mais, o contador de semanas ser\u00e1 \"reiniciado\" e a contagem recome\u00e7ar\u00e1 na semana 1.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 3: Contrato a termo certo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois de trabalhar durante 52 semanas com um contrato de trabalho flex\u00edvel, \u00e9 frequente ser-lhe proposto um contrato a termo certo. O contrato a termo especifica o n\u00famero de meses ou anos durante os quais tem direito a um sal\u00e1rio. Este tipo de contrato \u00e9 permitido por um per\u00edodo m\u00e1ximo de 3 anos ou at\u00e9 ter assinado um m\u00e1ximo de 6 contratos, consoante o que ocorrer primeiro. Estes 3 anos s\u00e3o designados por Fase 3 no NBBU Fasensysteem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 4: Contrato por tempo indeterminado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a Fase 3, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um contrato de dura\u00e7\u00e3o indeterminada para continuar a trabalhar. Este tipo de contrato n\u00e3o tem data de termo. A empresa para a qual trabalha pode oferecer-lhe um contrato direto nessa altura.
