Dit kan alleen als er een geldige A1-overeenkomst is. Een A1-formulier is een verklaring waarmee wordt aangetoond dat een werknemer onder het sociale zekerheidsstelsel van het thuisland valt. Zonder zo'n overeenkomst moet de werknemer volgens Nederlandse wetgeving betaald worden, met alle bijbehorende premies en belastingen. Echter worden zaken als vakantiegeld, waarde vakantiedagen, ziektewet, etc. niet uitgekeerd. Os homens n\u00e3o podem ter acesso a Zorgverzekering, as pens\u00f5es n\u00e3o devem ser oprimidas.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-de-rol-van-vno-ncw-en-wetgeving\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">O papel da VNO-NCW e da Wetgeving<\/h2>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vno-ncw.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho VNO-NCW<\/a> speelt een belangrijke rol in de discussie rondom de verloning van buitenlandse werknemers. Zij pleiten voor heldere regels en eerlijke concurrentie, zodat Nederlandse bedrijven niet benadeeld worden door goedkopere buitenlandse arbeidskrachten die onder andere voorwaarden werken.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-wetgeving-en-handhaving\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desenvolvimento e manuseamento<\/h2>\n\n<p>Volgens gegevens van het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Servi\u00e7o Central de Estat\u00edstica (CBS)<\/a> waren er in het tweede kwartaal van 2024 ongeveer 19.800 uitzendbureaus en arbeidsbemiddelaars actief in Nederland. Van deze uitzendbureaus zijn er meer dan 500 aangesloten bij de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abu.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Algemene Bond Uitzendondernemingen (ABU)<\/a>, que, por sua vez, \u00e9 o 65% do mercado. No entanto, o <a href=\"http:\/\/nbbu.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Liga\u00e7\u00e3o Neerlandesa de Fornecedores de Bens e Servi\u00e7os (NBBU)<\/a> meer than 1.400 leden. Deze cijfers tonen aan dat, hoewel een aanzienlijk aantal uitzendbureaus is aangesloten bij brancheorganisaties zoals de ABU en NBBU, er ook een groot aantal bureaus opereert zonder lidmaatschap bij deze organisaties. Het lidmaatschap bij dergelijke brancheverenigingen kan bijdragen aan de naleving van cao's, arbo- en andere wet- en regelgeving, wat de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de dienstverlening ten goede komt.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-wet-gelijke-beloning-en-schijnconstructies\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beloning Gelijke Wet e Schijnconstructies<\/h2>\n\n<p>De Wet Gelijke Beloning is bedoeld om te zorgen dat buitenlandse werknemers hetzelfde verdienen als Nederlandse werknemers in vergelijkbare functies. Toch blijkt de <a href=\"https:\/\/zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl\/stb-2015-233.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Wet Aanpak Schijnconstructies (WAS)<\/a> in de praktijk niet altijd effectief. Dit komt omdat veel constructies gebaseerd zijn op het brutoloon, terwijl er in netto-inkomsten alsnog grote verschillen kunnen bestaan door aftrekposten en kostenvergoedingen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-conclusie\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclus\u00f5es<\/h2>\n\n<p>A regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o neerlandesa em mat\u00e9ria de verloning \u00e9 mais forte, mas h\u00e1 ainda alguns problemas a resolver. Os mal-entendidos entre os trabalhadores europeus, as constru\u00e7\u00f5es esquizofr\u00e9nicas e a diferen\u00e7a entre os brutol\u00f3nios geram discuss\u00f5es e complica\u00e7\u00f5es jur\u00eddicas. \u00c9 importante que os trabalhadores sejam bem informados sobre os regulamentos e que lhes seja dado acesso a informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os direitos laborais, de modo a que todos os trabalhadores possam ser objeto de uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica rigorosa.
