Numele a fost dat de faptul c\u0103 terenul era \u00een cea mai mare parte plat \u0219i aproape de nivelul m\u0103rii, ceea ce este \u0219i ast\u0103zi. Cuv\u00e2ntul olandez Nederland se traduce literal prin \"p\u0103m\u00e2nt jos\". Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere acest lucru, \"\u021a\u0103rile de Jos\" este singura denumire corect\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd vorbi\u021bi despre \u021bar\u0103 \u00een ansamblu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum r\u0103m\u00e2ne cu Olanda?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u021aara \u021a\u0103rilor de Jos este format\u0103 din 12 provincii, inclusiv Noord-Holland \u0219i Zuid-Holland.
