We're looking for experienced (machine) operators to work in a traditional production environment, where you'll produce sauces, soups and tapenades. These famous products are all packed in jars or tubes. You'll work in a small team of ±12 people according to HACCP hygiene regulations (no make-up, jewelry, etc). Working hours are divided into 2 shifts, where you'll earn a bonus of €30 gross for every worked day. This brings your salary to €17,24 for every worked hour. !Operators with a lot of experience can earn a higher salary! We can arrange a video call with the company where you can present yourself and prove that you have the right experience. The company makes the final decision if a higher salary is justified.
What You'll Do As a Production Operator:
- Set up production equipment and supplies for each production order.
- Safely and effectively operate production equipment.
- Clean equipment and work environment between orders.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies (e.g. HACCP)
Working hours*:
Shift 1 | 05:30 – 14:00
Shift 2 | 14:00 – 23:00
Monday to Friday – no work on weekends
