The EU-People accommodations provided by us consist of detached houses and the occasional terraced house. These are comfortable, brick homes in a suitable environment. They are shared by a maximum of 8 housemates, but usually fewer. Holiday parks and ‘flex hotels’ are avoided. We strive for long-term cohabitation and place colleagues together by client relationship as much as possible. This increases mutual acceptance, cleanliness, work discipline, and therefore the enjoyment of living.
Every home has sufficient facilities for comfortable living. Enough bathrooms, spacious kitchens, all cooking and laundry amenities, everything is there. These amenities must be shared and maintained. Therefore, we enforce strict house rules. This prevents housemates from having to wait for each other for a long time and promotes the general atmosphere in the house. Furthermore, all our homes are equipped with fast internet, a shared living room with television, audio, and an outdoor area featuring, among other things, comfortable seating furniture.
I’ve been working with Han for several years in the field of temporary workers (assignments longer than two months). Han knows exactly what kind of people we need.
