Processing of personal data of registrations and employees

When you request information from EU-People BV, we ask you for information such as your name, telephone number, or email address. Privacy information will not be provided to you by telephone. If you apply for a job, EU-People BV also asks for additional information, such as your date of birth, nationality, gender, driver's license details, your CV, your work preferences, and your functional suitability for performing certain tasks. To get a fully relevant picture of candidates, we may consult other sources, such as the internet. We will share the results with you to prevent us from getting a wrong or irrelevant impression of you. We also check candidates' references, but not before they have been informed of this in advance (verbally). We may also request additional information requested or required by the client company, such as certificates or a VOG (Certificate of Conduct). At the time you start working for EU-People BV, or already work or have worked there, we also process personal data necessary in the context of personnel and payroll administration, such as citizen service number (BSN), identity document details, bank details, any work permit, hours worked, and other necessary data. This data may be transferred to our sister company EU-People Polska Sp. z o.o., our business partners and subcontractors (for example, data processors) who provide services on its behalf, and in all other cases in which EU-People BV may be required to do so. We may also place your name on planning lists, among other things to make arrangements for (sustainable) carpooling to and from your workplace. Our systems do not use fully automated profiling / decision-making.

Processing of personal data of business relations

Personal data of business relations includes contact details of suppliers, vendors, employees of clients, referees, and any other entities with which we maintain a business relationship. EU-People BV processes this personal data for the purpose of making offers or providing information about services and other activities, maintaining a business relationship, or concluding and executing an agreement. We provide, among other things, the following personal data of business relations: names, contact details, and job titles of contact persons. EU-People BV may transfer the personal data obtained from its relations if this is necessary to achieve the objectives of the business relationship or for mediation purposes. This data may be transferred to our sister company EU-People Polska Sp. z o.o., to applicants or candidates, business partners, and subcontractors (such as data processors) who provide services on its behalf, and in all other cases where EU-People BV may be required to do so.

How long we retain your data
