About the function

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing CNC-controlled machines to manufacture high-quality parts according to technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with the production department, engineers, and quality control to ensure an efficient and accurate production process. We believe in team spirit and are looking for an engaging colleague with a positive work attitude, driven, and meticulous in their work. This is in 2 shifts.


Key responsibilities and core activities of a CNC Operator:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications;
  • Monitor product quality throughout the production process;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deviations in the production process related to programming;
  • Contribute to process improvements (Lean, 5S, etc);
  • Report progress and any deviations to the supervisor and work preparation team;
  • Work closely with engineers to analyze optimal work sequences and manufacturability;
  • Work with shape and position tolerances;
  • Adhere to safety instructions and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Working Hours:

Shift 1: 06:00 – 15:00

Shift 2: 15.00 – 00.00

Job requirements

  • HBO (secondary vocational/ higher professional) working and thinking level;
  • At least 3 years experience as a CNC miller in plastics or metal working;
  • Knowledge of and experience with One CNC is a plus;
  • Good command of English. English is the company language; Dutch is a plus but not required;
  • Because this is a job at location, we look for candidates living in the Netherlands.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner;
  • Team player with strong communication skills;
  • Flexible and stress-resistant;
  • Accurate, efficient and careful in all tasks.
