Get to work as a technically skilled production employee for a company that produces playground equipment! You'll be trained for all production stages and disciplines, starting with wood and foam. What You'll Do as a Production Employee with Technical Talent:

  • Produce various components for play equipment, bringing joy to millions of children and adults worldwide.
  • Produce foam walls, soft play elements, paddings and decks for trampoline parks, and much more.
  • Focus on high quality, reliability and safety.
  • Tackle any challenge and show dedication in your work.
  • Flexibly perform a variety of tasks, depending on the project at hand.

Working hours:

07:00 – 16:00

(overtime is often available)

Job requirements

  • True team spirit is very important because your colleagues will train you on the job
  • Be willing to work extra hours: 5h per week overtime is the average (max 10h voluntarily)
  • Be handy, and have the technical talent for the starter position
  • Have experience with electric hand tools
  • Communicative English, A2 or better
  • Be available long-term
  • Have several years of practical experience in a similar role
  • Be flexible, proactive, and quality-conscious
  • Be adaptable – you can find your way on any department
  • Be a team player who can also work independently
