About the function

Join our team at a package sorting warehouse – no experience needed! You will work with a Caljan conveyor belt to load and unload parcels from postal trucks. Work is divided into three shifts. In the evening, at night, or during weekends, you'll earn up to €22,14 per hour!


If you have a driver's license, you can earn up to €30 NET/week extra for driving yourself and your colleagues to work. You only take your colleagues that live in the same house as you.


What You'll Do as a Warehouse Worker / Unloader:

  • Unload Trucks: unload packages from postal trucks onto a conveyor belt.
  • Load Trucks: load packages from a conveyor belt into a postal truck.
  • Heavy Lifting: some packages are up to 30kg – a colleague will help you with those.
  • Work in 3 shifts.


Working hours:

Shift 1: 13:00-22:30

Shift 2: 19:30-04:00

Shift 3: 22:00-06:00


Great salary of:

  • 100% 06:00 – 20:00 = € 14,76
  • 130% 20:00 – 24:00 = € 19,18
  • 145% 00:00 – 06:00 = € 21,40
  • 150% Sunday shift = € 22,14

Plus:

  • Extra 10,5% vacation days (free days)
  • Extra 8,33% vacation money
  • Extra > € 30,00 per week NETT if you drive our company car with your colleagues

Job requirements

  • Be available for up to 40 hours per week
  • Be okay with working in shifts
  • Speak fluent Polish, OR communicative A2 English.
  • Be able to lift heavy packages (up to 30kg sometimes)
  • Be friendly and work well with others
  • English or Polish CV – job interviews are in English or Polish
  • Ideally, experience with physically heavy work
