CNC Operator (Plastics), 2 Shifts

Are you an experienced CNC Miller / CNC Operator with strong technical skills and experience in plastic machining? Do you enjoy precision work, technical drawings and solving production challenges? You will work for a modern company specialising in high tech transport cases and pallets for the global transportation of valuable machine components.

Over de werkzaamheden

What will you do?

  • Setting up and optimising CNC controlled machines
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, work orders and specifications
  • Monitoring product quality during production
  • Troubleshooting programming and production deviations
  • Working with form and position tolerances
  • Improving production processes using Lean and 5S methods
  • Working closely with engineers and the production team
  • Reporting progress and production deviations
  • Following safety instructions and using PPE correctly

Working hours

Two shifts: 06:00 to 15:00 and 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Overtime may be available when required.

Wat we vragen

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller in plastics
  • Experience with One CNC is an advantage
  • Good command of English. Dutch is an advantage
  • Currently living in the Netherlands
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured way
  • Accurate, efficient and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
