Junior Facility Coordinator

What are you going to do?

As a Junior Facility Coordinator, you support the Operations Team in the management of housing, means of transport, and facilities. No two days are the same: one day you conduct property inspections, the other day you arrange a maintenance appointment or assist with a relocation.

Housing

• Execution of home and room inspections
• Identifying damage and maintenance issues
• Preparing rooms for new residents
• Maintain contact with residents
• Recording findings in Salesforce
• Assist with moves

Transportation

• Inspection of cars and bicycles
• Registering damages
• Coordinating maintenance appointments
• Issuance and return of vehicles

Facility services

• Assist with the cleanliness of the office, residences, and grounds
• Executing safety and quality checks
• Inventory and warehouse management
• Performing minor facility tasks
• Administration
• Correct registration of inspections and findings
• Tracking open actions
• Registration of damages and maintenance work
• Keeping facility data up to date in Salesforce
