Laundry Manager

Our customer is a modern industrial laundry that specializes in cleaning and processing workwear for various sectors and industries. Every day, large quantities of workwear are processed via an efficient production process that consists of sort, wash, dry and package.

The company works with advanced industrial installations and a structured logistics workflow, which allows clothing to be processed quickly and in accordance with high quality and hygiene standards.

As Laundry Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the production process in the laundry facility. You manage a team of employees, ensuring that everyone is in the right position and that processes run efficiently. For this position, we are looking for someone who enjoys leadership, implements improvements, and does not shy away from challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Leading by example in the field of working safely
• Managing a team of employees within and possibly outside your own shift
• Reporting progress
• Participate in daily meetings with other departments regarding costs, productivity, quality and safety
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity
• Responsible for leave requests from employees
• Ensuring accurate registration of performed work
• Co-responsible for Preventing and Resolving Complaints
• Working in one of the 2 shifts and be willing to if necessary working on Saturday
