Over de werkzaamheden

As a Recruiter, you are responsible for connecting talented candidates with the right job opportunities. You actively recruit new candidates via phone, job platforms, and your own network. In addition, you maintain and develop strong relationships with clients.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that job openings are filled quickly and efficiently with suitable candidates. You monitor developments in the labor market and proactively respond to new opportunities.

You are the first point of contact for both candidates and clients. You also coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and support placed candidates during their initial period with the client.

Wat we vragen

Proven experience as a recruiter (experience at a staffing agency is a plus)
Excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English
Valid driver's license (Category B)
Independent, proactive, and results-oriented
