Working in the Netherlands with accommodation
At EU-People, in addition to your job, we also arrange suitable accommodation near your work. SNF-certified, clearly organized, and close to your new workplace.
There is a shortage of housing in the Netherlands, but you don't have to worry about that: we offer comfortable and affordable agency accommodation close to your new job. Your comfort is important to us, because the more at home you feel, the better you will feel at work. That is why we set high standards for our corporate housing, which meet (and even exceed!) the housing standards of the SNF.
Practical information about your accommodation
As soon as we have found a job for you, we can arrange accommodation for you. Your accommodation will be as close as possible to your new job. We will send you photos and everything you need to know about your new home. Before you agree, you will know exactly how many housemates you will have, whether you will have a housemate, and what your rent will be. Your rent will be deducted from your salary every week and will usually be around €90 per week after applying the extraterritorial tax credit.
As soon as you agree to the assigned accommodation, you will receive our regulations and a housing contract to sign. Then it is time to travel to your new home! Upon arrival, we will give you the house keys and one of your housemates will show you around. If you decide to EU-Men Board Member to become, you will also get your car keys.

Property amenities
As an employment agency with accommodation, we do our utmost to make our houses a comfortable place to live. All our EU-People accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of refrigerator space, comfortable bathrooms, separate toilets, and a large communal living room to spend time with your housemates. They also have nice outdoor seating areas in case you want to smoke (our houses are smoke-free) or get some fresh air. The bedrooms are shared by no more than two people and feature comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for personal belongings. From our company housing, it is just a short drive or bike ride to your work.
Shared accommodation options
If you work in the Netherlands with friends or your partner, we understand that you also want to live together. That is why we do our utmost to make this possible. In principle, we place colleagues together as much as possible. If you work with friends, we try to place you in the same house or houses within walking distance of each other. And if you work together with your partner, we ensure that you can share a bedroom.
